The Beijing Jazz Orchestra under the musical and artistic direction of Mark Van Cleave got started in late 2009 with a few concerts around the Beijing area. Developing a new audience for big band jazz in China through performances and education partnerships is the mission of the BJO.

The Beijing Jazz Orchestra is a bombastic 20 piece big band that performs arrangements from all of the biggest names in big band music. Mark Van Cleave's trumpet sizzless and brings down the house with his powerful sound and jazz stylings!

Talented singer and jazz stylist Coco Rouzier is singing soulful jazz nightly at the Pangu Hotel. Bringing her own special blend of soul and jazz from New York to Beijing. She has been named ”The Jewel” in Shanghai and is now making a reputation for herself in Beijing.

Coco will entertain you with some of the best vocals in China. Don't miss seeing/hearing Coco Rouzier while in Beijing!
